No Returns
Due to the nature of our products and our commitment to quality control, we do not accept returns. All products ship under strict handling and storage conditions.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us at [email protected] within 30 days of delivery. We’ll work with you to resolve it promptly.
Cancellations
Order cancellations must be requested by email before the order has shipped. Once an order is in transit, it cannot be canceled.
Delivery Responsibility
Responsibility transfers to the recipient after carrier-confirmed delivery, including signature confirmation. MHS Longevity is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.
