Due to our strict quality control standards and the sensitive nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns. In the rare event that your order arrives with missing, incorrect, or damaged items, please contact us at support@mhslongevity.com within 30 days of delivery so we can assist you.
Our customer support team is committed to ensuring satisfaction with our products, service, and delivery experience. Order cancellations must be requested by email prior to shipment. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
After an order has shipped and delivery has been confirmed by the carrier including signature confirmation where applicable responsibility for the package transfers to the recipient. MHS Longevity is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivery has been confirmed.
